Splose
Pick Splose if you want the lower entry price for a solo or small practice, or you invoice a plan manager in bulk each month, before Splose's November price rise narrows the gap to Zanda.
Zanda
Pick Zanda if you want Medicare claiming included with no per-claim fee, or your headcount is growing past 5, where its lower per-head add-on rate keeps it close to or under Splose's post-November price.
What it costs
Both bill in AUD, excluding GST. Splose's rate changes on 1 November 2026, which the price rows below show as two separate lines.. Prices captured 25 Sep 2026 from Splose and Zanda.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Splose | Platform, monthly (until 31 Oct 2026) | $30 | $150 | $300 | $30 ex GST per practitioner. 1 x $30 = $30; 5 x $30 = $150; 10 x $30 = $300. |

Declared bias and what this page is for
FFP Digital builds websites and online booking and tracking setups for physio and allied health clinics, and we work with whichever practice software a clinic already runs. We are not a reseller for Splose or Zanda and neither pays us for this page. Both are used by NDIS therapy practices, so this page sets the plan and funding management features against each other, not just the monthly fee.
Pricing at therapy practice scale
Splose charges a flat $30 AUD a practitioner a month ex GST on monthly billing until 31 October 2026, moving to $36 from 1 November 2026 (annual billing is $27, moving to $32). Zanda's Growth plan charges $59 AUD for the first practitioner and $29 AUD for each additional one, ex GST. At 1 practitioner Splose is cheaper now ($30 against $59). By 5 practitioners the two are close: Splose is $150 now (or $180 from November) against Zanda's $175. At 10 practitioners Splose is $300 now (or $360 from November) against Zanda's $320, so which is cheaper depends on exactly when you are pricing it against Splose's November change.
NDIS plan and funding features
Splose's help guides describe funding tracked through client cases with utilisation reporting and plan expiry reminders, and a Bulk Payment Request file built for the NDIS myplace portal, aimed at practices that invoice a plan manager in bulk. Zanda's NDIS feature page describes session packs that track approved sessions, hours and fund balances with expiry dates, an NDIS Bulk Upload report generator producing a portal ready CSV, and grouped statements for plan managed clients, but does not describe support coordination or a participant budget dashboard as a feature. The two tools cover similar ground here (bulk claiming and expiry tracking), so the deciding factor for a therapy practice is more likely to be the rest of each platform, such as treatment note templates and the client portal, than NDIS claiming alone.
Claiming rails and messaging
Splose submits Medicare and DVA claims through Tyro Health, and lists SMS at 10 cents an outgoing message on its pricing page. Zanda's pricing page states Medicare claiming is included free with no per-claim charge shown, though it does not list a DVA specific claiming pathway on that page, and prices SMS at 15 cents a message. A practice with a mixed NDIS and Medicare or DVA caseload should check both pricing pages for the claim types it actually needs before assuming either covers everything.
Common complaints and catches
Splose
- Per practitioner price rises from $30 to $36 a month (monthly billing) on 1 November 2026
- Every practitioner is a paid seat, so the cost grows in steps of one
Zanda
- No DVA specific claiming pathway listed on its pricing page, only Medicare
- The base fee for the first practitioner is higher than Splose's current rate
Switching between them
Client NDIS plan details, funding balances, appointments and billable items typically move by CSV export and import; check each vendor's help centre for exactly what carries across. Close out any pending NDIS claims and reconnect Tyro Health or Zanda's Medicare claiming before switching off the old account, and rebuild your online booking embed on your website.
