Splose pricing: per practitioner cost and the November rise
Splose's Platform plan is $30 AUD a practitioner a month ex GST on monthly billing, or $27 a month billed annually, with non practitioner roles free. From 1 November 2026 those rates rise to $36 monthly and $32 annual, for new and existing Australian customers alike. Figures from Splose's own pricing page, checked 25 September 2026.

Splose
Suits a solo to mid sized clinic, particularly one billing NDIS in bulk, that wants a flat per-head price with no non practitioner seat cost; switch to annual before 1 November 2026 to hold $27 a month for a year.

What you pay per practitioner
Splose charges per practitioner, with every non practitioner role (reception, admin, practice manager) free. On monthly billing that is $30 AUD ex GST a practitioner; switching to annual billing brings it down to $27 a month ex GST, a 10 percent saving. There is no volume discount described for adding more practitioners: 5 practitioners simply cost 5 times the per-head rate, and 10 cost 10 times.
The November 2026 price change
Splose has published a price change taking effect 1 November 2026: the monthly rate moves from $30 to $36 a practitioner, and the annual rate from $27 to $32, for both new sign ups and existing customers in Australia and New Zealand. Splose's own notice states that a monthly customer who switches to annual billing before 1 November 2026 locks in the $27 annual rate for a full 12 months from that switch, which is the one way to hold the current price past the change date.
What is included and what costs extra
The Platform subscription includes online bookings, telehealth, treatment note templates, Xero integration and API access, per Splose's pricing page. Two costs sit outside the base subscription: SMS at 10 cents per outgoing message, and Splose AI at $27 AUD per user a month as a separate add-on. Splose's pricing page does not list a setup fee.

Switching to or from it
Moving onto Splose, its help guides cover importing patient and appointment data from most major practice management systems; confirm your current vendor's export format before you start. Moving off Splose, export patient records, appointments and NDIS funding data first, and close out any pending NDIS bulk claims before cancelling.
