Zanda
Starter suits a genuinely quiet solo practice under 1,000 appointments a month; Growth suits any practice that has outgrown that cap or runs more than 1 practitioner, and is worth checking against e-Prescribing or AI transcription needs before you add those on.
What it costs
AUD, excluding GST. Starter is a single fixed price for 1 practitioner with an appointment cap; Growth is a base fee for the first practitioner plus a fixed per-head add-on.. Prices captured 25 Sep 2026 from Zanda.
| Plan | 1 practitioner | 5 practitioners | 10 practitioners | How we worked it out | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zanda | Starter, monthly, ex GST | $29 | Not available above 1 practitioner | Not available above 1 practitioner | $29 for 1 practitioner, capped at 1,000 appointments a month. Starter does not scale to multiple practitioners on Zanda's pricing page. |
| Zanda | Growth, monthly, ex GST | $59 | $175 | $320 | $59 for the first practitioner plus $29 for each additional one. 1 practitioner = $59; 5 practitioners = $59 + 4 x $29 = $175; 10 practitioners = $59 + 9 x $29 = $320. |

What this page is checking, and why
FFP Digital builds websites and online booking and tracking setups for physio and allied health clinics. We are not a Zanda reseller and nothing here is paid placement: the figures below are taken directly from Zanda's Australian pricing page.
Starter against Growth
Zanda's Starter plan is $29 AUD a month for a single practitioner, capped at 1,000 appointments, with unlimited clients and 100 GB of file storage. That cap makes Starter a fit for a genuinely quiet solo practice; a busier one will run past 1,000 appointments before the month is out. Growth removes that cap: it is $59 AUD for the first practitioner and $29 AUD for every additional practitioner, ex GST, with unlimited appointments, unlimited storage and unlimited free admin users. There is no discount for extra headcount beyond the flat $29 add-on rate: 5 practitioners on Growth is $59 plus 4 lots of $29, for $175, and 10 practitioners is $59 plus 9 lots of $29, for $320.
What Power Diary customers now pay
Zanda is the rebrand of Power Diary, completed in late 2024. Customers who signed up under the Power Diary name and have not moved plans should check their current invoice against these figures directly with Zanda, since a pricing page reflects new sign ups and current plan structures rather than any grandfathered rate a long-standing account might still be on.
What sits outside the base subscription
Zanda's Australian pricing page lists Medicare claiming as included free, but prices several other features separately: SMS at $0.15 a message, Telehealth Pro at $9 a practitioner a month for unlimited calls (a free tier covers occasional use), e-Prescribing at $35 a practitioner a month for up to 50 scripts or $65 for unlimited, and BizzyAI Scribe, its AI transcription add-on, at $1 per transcription hour. A practice comparing Zanda's headline price to a competitor's should add whichever of these it actually needs.
Common complaints and catches
Zanda
- SMS costs more per message than several competitors' rates
- e-Prescribing, Telehealth Pro and AI transcription are all separate add-ons rather than included in the base subscription
Switching to or from it
Moving onto Zanda, its pricing page states data migration is free; confirm with Zanda what your current vendor's export format needs to look like before you start. Moving off Zanda, export patient records, appointments and any NDIS session pack or plan manager statements first, and close out pending Medicare claims before cancelling.
